3D Umbrella is a life goal for us. Going back to 2016, our founder Thanos Plotas started his professional journey in the shading industry as an assistant craftsman in an umbrella manufacturing company. Very quickly his talent emerged in the field of sales in Greece and later abroad. Over time and having repaired a plethora of umbrellas from various companies, he found and gathered their drawbacks.

Combining them, he made the decision to design an innovative line of umbrellas that would come to correct many of the previous imperfections. His need for innovation and advancement led him in 2019 to establish his own company in Drosia, Chalkida. Driven by his desire to reshape the data of umbrellas, he created modern infrastructure and a team of trained staff in a factory of 2000sq.m. where he began to make his dream come true.

Covid in 2020 could not stand in its way, as he made the most of this time to delve deeper into the design and discover the secrets of 3D printing. This new technology has been an indelible mark of personalization and precision in the manufacturing process, as 3D prints are perfectly integrated into each umbrella offering a perfect and elegant result.

The 3D Umbrella team specializes in the precise design, innovative design, high quality and durability of professional umbrellas.
Our primary goal is to offer customized shading solutions to both the wholesale and retail sectors, at the most competitive market prices.
Continuing the journey of modernization, Thanos envisions the complete creation of three-dimensional printed umbrellas (aluminum & plastic) that will each one be distinguished for its unique design, dimensions and shape, depending on the requirements of each customer.
